I wanted to thank NHAMA and every musician who participated in any way for their tremendous generosity during the Marathon at The Middle on May 7 & 8.  Not only did you field a team, you provided tons of great entertainment and allowed untested talent to share the stage with accomplished musicians.  What a thrill!  Feedback on the quality of your performances indicates that you gained additional fans over the weekend.  Thanks for being there for The Middle.

Seeking folk, celtic, and acoustic musicians.  Starting stipend of $20 from the market director, PLUS customer tips and vendor donations of products and food (veggies, meat/eggs, chocolate, jelly, bread, herbs, soaps... +++).  CD sales encouraged. Musicians walk away with a basketload of harvest goodies.

A gazebo is available with power, however most musicians set up in the center of the tents on the grass for a natural acoustic sound as well as better positioning for customers.

Markets are Fridays from 3-6 pm, email wearefarmersmarket@comcast.net to reserve your date.

I'm a middle aged Bass player looking for someone in the Dover area within 20 miles or so that would like to play some music. I play Electric Bass Guitar but would consider buying an Acoustic/Electric Bass guitar if was needed. I also play Rhythm Guitar both acoustic and electric. My experience is mostly Rock and Blues but I would like to do something different. I've been playing on and off for more than forty years. Sorry no vocals

you can also find me on Bandmix at www.bandmix.com/raven_three_feathers/

We are looking for musicians to play at the Newmarket Farmers' Market.

The market will be held in the parking lot of the Stone Church.  All proceeds from the market go to benefit the Stone Church.

This is our first year and I have no budget to pay anybody, but you would be welcome to sell any CDs, t-shirts, etc. and solicit donations.

There is electricity at the site and a temporary stage that will be set up each week.

I am looking for anybody who is interested in supporting the Stone Church, folks who might normally play at an open mic, or anyone looking for more exposure and a chance to play out.

The market is going to be great and if you are interested I can send you more details about the market in general.

If any band or singer would like to perform for a cover charge at Local's Cafe at Nelson's Candy let me know and I'll hook you up. Doug has a full stage setup so all you need is an instrument!

Forwarded from the folks at The Mill:

David, Noah and I are determined that this set back does not mean the end of The Mill, but it will be close and we need your help,

We have been evacuated from our building because the decrepit “Mica” building next door has been condemned. Structural engineers have determined that it poses a very real hazard to The Mill, which means we’ve had to move out and find a temporary home. We wanted to keep you updated on our situation.

We would like to thank you very much for your kind expressions of support; they have kept us going during this challenging time.  We also want to let you know how you can help if you care to.

First of all, we want to refer you to our new blog for more details:
http://themillfudgefactory.blogspot.com/

Here are a few important things you can do to get involved:

1.) Sign our petition to request assistance from The Town of Bristol:
http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/TheMillBristol/

2.) Support our concerts!  Feel free to bring your own beer and wine too!

3.) During this crisis, it is vital we build our online fudge business. You can help us by passing along the suggested message below to your online network (email, facebook, etc.). It contains a special link that will give them $3 off their first order of 1 lb or more.

We hope to see you soon and deeply appreciate all your support during this challenging time.

Sincerely,
David, Linda and Noah
